Swim Pre-Team Debut and Masters vs. Sharx

You won't want to miss perhaps the most fun evening of the summer--the Third Annual Masters vs. Sharx Meet and our very special Pre-team Debut this Wednesday, July 20th.  We'll meet up at 6:30 pm to allow all those who are swimming to warm up. Everyone is invited to cheer on our adorable baby Sharx (our pride and joy) as they make their debut swimming a 25 freestyle at 7:00 pm.  These little guys have worked hard this summer under the great instruction of our senior Sharx.

After the pre-teamers do their thing and have a little celebration, Masters vs. Sharx begins at 7:30pm.  Parents, you are invited to compete against your kids--you do not have to be an official early morning Masters swimmer to compete.  Sign up for up to events (25/50's of freestyle, back, breast, 25 fly, 100 IM) on the sign-up sheet  that will be posted at the pool today.  Sign ups close Tuesday at 5:00 pm.  We ask that you limit your events to no more than two person give everyone who wants to a chance to compete.  Families wishing to compete in the very competitive Family Medley relay can also sign up.  For this event, four family members are asked to each swim a different stroke.  No ringers, please!

We'll follow the event, with a potluck dessert party--so please plan to bring something yummy to share.

We will be recruiting "officials" for this meet, too--timers (those age 13 and up are welcome to time), clerk of course (2), runners, automation helpers, etc.  Stay tuned.
