Swim Team members are invited to join us at Splash Down Water Park in Manassas. Splash Down is a fun, county-run, water park featuring a 770 foot Lazy River, fast Cannon Ball Slides, 4-Story Waterslides, Twister Waterslides, Lilly Pad and Log Walk, Activity Pool, and big Kahuna Beach.
You can bring your own food to eat in the separate eating area (lockers available) or purchase food there. They have fast food type things (burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, pizza, dippin’ dots).
Parents are responsible for the safety of their own children or should make arrangements to have another parent take this responsibility. Parents of kids not needing constant supervision will enjoy floating down the Lazy River or reading a book on the “beach”. The Swim Team accepts no responsibility for any team members at Splash Down.
The park is open from 11am-7pm. Many of us will be heading out to Splash Down after the tennis clinic at NCC. Meet at the pool promptly at 11am or 12:15pm if you would like to try and carpool, or you can make these arrangements in advance on your own.
