Swim Pre-Team Coaches

This summer we are looking for five 15-18 year old NCC swimmers to assist us with our Pre-Team program. Pre-Team coaches will assist our Head Coach, Ethan Litman, in conducting Pre-Team practices. Pre-Team coaches will be required to attend at least four out of eight Pre-Team practices, Monday-Friday 10:30-11:00 am and M, T, TH from 4:30-5:00 pm. Pre-Team coaches will not only learn the fundamentals of coaching but will forge strong and lasting relationships with our younger swimmers. Pre-Team coaches must be patient, comfortable working with children, and reliable. This is also a great opportunity for swimmers who may be interested in a future Junior Coach or Assistant Coach position.
